Digital Automation by Vallejo isn't a company with departments — it's me. When you write to me, you're speaking directly with the person who later builds the system.

I studied International Relations at Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá), earned a Master's degree at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and completed my MBA at La Salle (Andorra). My career has taken me through Colombia, Argentina, Spain and Andorra, before I settled in Switzerland.

For over a decade I've designed and executed CRM and marketing automation strategies for demanding brands across retail, luxury, healthcare, insurance and energy — building VIP loyalty programmes, customer journeys and end-to-end implementations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with additional experience in Sales and Service Cloud. I'm a Salesforce Certified Administrator, with further certifications in Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, and applied AI.

Today I live in Aargau and help Swiss businesses automate their marketing without losing the personal touch with their customers.
