What data we collect
When you visit this website, we collect:
- Technical access data (e.g. date, time, page requested, browser type), where the hosting provider logs this by default.
- Information you voluntarily provide when booking a call via Calendly: name, email address and the chosen time slot.
Purpose of processing
We use this data solely to respond to your request and to provide the website technically. Data is not further processed for marketing purposes without separate consent.
Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g. to remember your cookie choice). Analytics or marketing cookies are only set with your explicit consent via the cookie notice. Without consent, no such cookies become active.
Booking a call (Calendly)
To book a call on the contact page, we use the embedded Calendly calendar (Calendly LLC). This tool is necessary so you can pick a time directly, and it is therefore loaded as soon as you visit the contact page, regardless of the cookie notice. Calendly processes your booking data (name, email address, chosen time slot) and may set its own cookies; a transfer outside the EU/Switzerland is possible. See Calendly's own privacy policy for more information.
Analytics
With your explicit consent via the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how this website is used. Your IP address is anonymized before being transmitted. This data is processed by Google, which may involve a transfer outside the EU/Switzerland. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this website's cookies in your browser and declining the notice again. No analytics tool is loaded without consent.
Data sharing
Your data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only where necessary to process your request or where required by law. Booking a call uses Calendly (see above); all other data (e.g. technical access data) is processed on our Hostinger hosting (servers in the EU).
Your rights
Under the Swiss nDSG and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw any consent given at any time. Contact the email address above to exercise these rights.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever data processing on this website changes, for example when adding analytics tools. The most recently published version applies.
